  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Some items like digital products or sale items may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customized or personalized items are also non-refundable.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
